Packaging Design Manager – The Rewards
Up to £60,000 DOE
Working hours will be: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3.45pm on Fridays

Training and development open to all Packaging Design Manager – Requirements
Must have knowledge and experience of Fefco standards, corrugated machinery
2 years previous experience of working within the corrugated packaging industry
Be a team player
Be innovative and ambitious
Be willing and motivated to continuously strive to improve
Have a good work ethic
Be a punctual and reliable individual, who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow their skills beyond their current skill set Packaging Design Manager - Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day workflow running through the design department and provide support and expertise across the business as needed
Collaborate with other department to maximise business performance and improve workflow
Completing design briefs from internal and external customers
Creating working drawings for production
Complete Mid/medium complexity projects
Creation of customer presentations
3D renders – AGCAD software
Designing for manufacture, signing off 1st off orders and providing operational support as & when required
Liaise with customers, to include occasional travel to site for meetings and presentations
Recruit, train, supervise and develop a small team of design staff, setting objectives/targets to manage and review performance
Working closely with the Marketing team providing case studies and content aligned with the group Marketing Strategy
Supporting our sustainability goals and being aware of new products that can help our customers deliver these objectives
