Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Packaging Display Artworker to contribute to the growth of our friendly, family-run business. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a crucial role in producing conceptual artwork and production-ready reprographics for our group customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute briefs according to the plan provided by your line manager.
  2. Proactively manage your own workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
  3. Collaborate as part of a dynamic creative artwork team.
  4. Generate creative artwork concepts for both display and packaging briefs.
  5. Support the production of retailer artwork for core customers.
  6. Provide reproduction-ready artwork for our printers.
  7. Collaborate on larger creative projects with our structural design team.
  8. Offer creative ideas to our Group Marketing team.
  9. Bring drive and energy to the team.

Requirements:

  1. Educated to Degree Level in Graphic Design or a similar creative discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of experience producing packaging/display artwork as part of a team.
  2. Proficient in Adobe CC applications, especially Adobe Illustrator.
  3. Showcase a Creative Portfolio.
  4. Highly motivated with good communication skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.
  7. Attention to detail and a fast learner.
  8. Experience with 3D visualization software like Cinema 4D (preferred).
  9. Enjoys a challenge.
