This is a wide-ranging role across multiple group business areas in which you will be responsible for leading and managing workshops across the organisation and wider industry, supporting our continued growth and improvement. You will be required to identify processes across the organisation to be mapped to the set standard and stored in the Business Process Library.

Process Mapping is still relatively new to the business, and a lot of work has been put into setting the template, Library, Business Process Safe and standard of mapping expected of the business. The role will focus mainly on but not limited to speaking to various stakeholders across the business, identifying processes done by teams, mapping those processes using MS Visio and created live, approved versions of those documents to be used by the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesnWe’re looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, with experience in holding meetings and workshops who will work with internal stakeholders. While experience in process mapping, using MS Visio is ideal, it is not important.

Identify areas of the business to be mapped in MS VisionDetermine, if any, existing documentation exists for the processnEstablish key Process Library criteria that will help to identify and give ownership to business processesnDraw ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ process maps to the set standardnAssist in Change Projects as and when required by the businessnAnalysing current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify continuous improvements and potential automationsnCo-ordinating and engaging with stakeholders ensuring the correct and appropriate resource(s) are available for mapping workshopsnTrack record of engaging with key stakeholders across industry governing bodiesnAbility to promote new ideas and services by applying knowledge of the industry/sector and trends to create value for internal clients and broader stakeholdersnStrong business acumen and ability to build an understanding of the business, to develop a deep understanding of business needsnComfortable working with, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among senior stakeholdersnAble to ask the right questions and appropriately challenge the status quonMobilise and lead cross-functional teams in workshopsnImplement appropriate governance structuresnDrive standardisation and best-in-class quality through the use of accredited frameworks and methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma)nContribute to our growth strategy to design and plan initiatives and to shape deliverynIdentify opportunities for the business and take action to implement them
