As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to lead our in house Website Management team.
Main Objective of Position
The Website Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our regional websites. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences and be capable of leading a team to ensure that our web platforms are continually evolving to meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate website development projects, from small updates to large-scale initiatives.
- Develop and execute monthly plans to support promotions, new launches, sales initiatives, and events.
- Monitor project timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of all website updates.
- Develop and implement a website development strategy to improve user experience and conversion rates, including searching for and testing new features, implementing new tools, and updating the design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Sales, to gather requirements, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop and implement a website development strategy focused on improving UX, CRO, and overall website performance.
Web Development and Optimisation:
- Work closely with web developers to implement new website features, tools, and design updates.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and adherence to best practices.
- Test and implement new features, including A/B testing and user feedback loops, to continually improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline website development and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for website development and maintenance procedures.
Team Leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a small team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging proactive problem-solving and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, marketing, and sales.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address any concerns raised by stakeholders.
Analytics:
- Work with analytics tools to build reports and communicate with the global teams to obtain data.
- Compile and present reports on website metrics, user behaviour, and conversion rates to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Tools Management:
- Manage and maintain the digital tools used for website search functionality (e.g., Algolia) and digital catalogues (e.g., iPaper).

Education & Experience:
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in web development or product management, with a focus on UX and CRO.
- Strong experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday etc.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within direct selling industry
- Fluency in one or more European languages (especially German, Spanish or Russian is a plus)
- Experience working with an international team, across time zones.
- Experience with Contentful CMS
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) would be a plus.
- A portfolio of successful website projects with demonstrable improvements in UX and conversion rates.
