We are currently working with an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted based in the Berkshire area, who are looking for an experienced Fostering Social Worker to join there close-knit team to support with good assessment and analytical skills, and experience completing Form F, Special Guardianship and Connected Panel timescales.
Within the team there is a supportive and approachable leadership and management team which understand the key aspect of development, support and advice to improve your skills. You will definitely feel appreciated and supported within this growing authority
Further responsibilities include helping train and assess new and substitute Foster Carers for children and young people. As well as supporting the recruitment and assessment of Foster Carers and Special Guardian applicants, for children and young people.
