Build and develop a motivated, high-performing team, creating a culture of pride and accountability. Lead on financial performance: forecasting, budgeting, cost control and delivering agreed targets. Bring creative thinking to menu development, service delivery and guest experience. Drive marketing and engagement initiatives to boost visibility and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining a positive, professional relationship. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, streamline processes and enhance service quality. What We’re Looking ForProven management experience within hospitality or contract catering. Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. A confident, engaging communicator with excellent client-facing skills. Results-driven mindset with the creativity to introduce fresh ideas and improvements.
