Role: Facilities Management Administrator
Location: Uttoxeter
Salary: £26,916
 
Our client is looking for a Facilities Management Administrator to help ensure all supporting administrative elements of the contract are maintained and completed to support the contract delivery in accordance with the SLA and KPI’s.
 
This is a static position that will see you based at a single site Monday to Friday, just outside Uttoxeter.
 
Responsibilities:
Operate the Facilities Helpdesk utilising the CAFM system. To be the initial point of contact and provide regular relevant updates to those who have logged issues.
Support the FM Manager & Senior Engineer with procurement activity both locally and within the framework provided by the procurement lead.
Support the co-ordination of external contractors.
Project management support where necessary.
Support wider contract team where necessary.
Record and maintain asset information within the CAFM system to ensure all asset data is current.
Produce reports and forecasts based on data within the CAFM system.
Support the FM Manager & Senior Engineer with the allocation of tasks.
To monitor and record all PO’s and expenditure.
To assist with contractor and supplier vetting.
To deal with queries regarding financial and contractual obligations.
To update and monitor personnel files.
Process expenses & travel requirements.
Process pay-roll time sheets, overtime & sickness. 
What you’ll need:
Background in facilities management or building management related discipline
Understanding of project management
Knowledge of CAFM systems
Excellent PC skills
Good analytical and organisational skills
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
Create reports from new data and the ability to operate and maintain accurate records
