As Lead Designer , you’ll take the creative reins across a range of high-level design projects — from digital campaigns and social content to websites, UI/UX, eBooks, reports, presentations, and more. You’ll be at the heart of the agency’s creative delivery — leading concepts, setting visual standards, and collaborating closely with the Head of Digital, Client Services, and Content teams to produce work that inspires, engages, and delivers results. This is a hands-on creative leadership role — perfect for someone who wants to make a visible impact within a growing, ambitious agency. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the creative design process across multi-channel campaigns Concept and deliver stunning designs across digital, print, and motion Create responsive prototypes in Figma for web and mobile Turn complex technical briefs into engaging, visually-driven design Produce high-end PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling assets Collaborate with motion and development teams on interactive digital work Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion What You’ll Bring 10+ years’ experience in fast-paced creative environments (agency or freelance) A portfolio showcasing critical design thinking, strong layout, and typography Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Strong knowledge of digital design principles and UX methodology Proven experience delivering polished presentations and campaign visuals Exceptional attention to detail and time management Confident communicator and collaborator Bonus Points Motion design skills (After Effects / Premiere Pro ) Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience in Tech / Fintech industries Values & Culture When the pace picks up and deadlines get tight, it’s the team’s shared values that drive their success: Passion to grow and learn A genuine sense of ownership A positive, can-do attitude Flexibility and adaptability Why Apply?
