Key Responsibilities:
Taking the creative lead and direction from our external strategic and creative agency/agencies, deliver a wide variety of standalone and BAU brand, design and artwork projects for Dreams, Feather & Black and Sleep & Snooze, via both analogue and digital channels
- Work in close collaboration with: all members of Marketing; other members of the Studio Team; the Head of Brand and Creative; the Instore Marketing Manager; the Store Design and VM Manager; the Commercial Team and the E-Comm Team, to design and deliver uniqueand compelling customer propositions on and off-line
- Typical design and artwork activities will comprise, but are not limited to: mood boarding; design concepts; design development; finished design presentations; finished artwork; image retouching and asset creation
- In line with the brand and creative direction set by our external strategic and creative agency/agencies, appropriately and consistently, present and develop each brand by adhering to brand guidelines - acting as internal brand guardian and champion
- Building strong relationships throughout the business. Helping to engender a highly collaborative and supportive team culture, that gains reputation through positive example and demonstrating high quality output and reliability
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years proven experience in owning and delivering hands-on design and artwork projects of varying sizes
- A creative problem solver, capable of conceptual ideas generation, as well as interpreting creative direction set by our external agency and brand work, right through to artwork
- Someone who can understand and empathise with the customer's journey through various customer missions and channels
- Someone who champions our brands and design/creativity, but can be tactical and pragmatic when required
- Someone with strong attention to detail and who can effectively plan their time and projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator skills
