Job Description

A dynamic company in the furniture and homeware industry is seeking a full-time CRM Assistant to join their team. The role is based in their office in Oxfordshire, with a hybrid working model that includes three days in the office and the remainder of the week working from home. The salary for this position is around £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.


ABOUT THE COMPANY

They are looking for an agile and proactive CRM Assistant who can contribute to maintaining this company culture and help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through effective CRM programs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to create and manage the email and SMS content schedule, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for all emails and SMS, including briefing, building, approvals, and scheduling, ensuring proper rendering across all screen resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the concept brief is met.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns.
  • Support the development of new email themes, creative concepts, targeted content, and personalization.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to optimize automated email journeys, such as post-purchase, welcome, and abandon cart journeys.
  • Assist in weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc CRM reporting.
  • Contribute to an A/B testing strategy for CRM campaigns to enhance performance against KPIs and provide insights.
  • Create personalized campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Assist with email database growth initiatives.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks across all communication channels (email, SMS, Direct Mail).


ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in executing email marketing campaigns, ideally within a global, multi-channel environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for CRM and email marketing.
  • Experience using an Email Service Provider (ESP) is preferred, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a bonus.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
