Regional Sales Manager - Facilities Services
Location: South ·
Field Sales Management Position with a Hybrid Company Car or Car Allowance.

The Company: This is a Global leading Facilities services company, who have been operating for over 100 years. They are expanding their new business sales team and are actively recruiting nationally due to growth. They pride themselves on having a people culture which is clearly reflected in the longevity of their employees as well as setting themselves apart from their competition with high standards of customer service and developing long term customer relationships.
The Role: As the Regional Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through the business across the South of England. Your will prospect to win new business opportunities within a variety of sectors such as automotive, healthcare, public etc.
You will lead from the front, coach, develop, mentor. You will spend time out on the road with your team 4 days a week and have 1 day at home for admin.
We are looking for sales candidates who meet the following criteria:
- You will have a field sales management background of selling a service
- You will ideally have a sold a service such as advertising, media, payment services, telcos, tech, software, training, facilities management services
- You will have a new business mentality and enjoy going out and winning new opportunities with bags of personality and energy
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
