We're seeking someone with a genuine interest in caring for others, kindness, patience, resilience, and a keen sense of fun. Previous care experience is not required, but experience with individuals with learning difficulties or disabilities is encouraged.
As a critical member of our team, you'll receive a starting salary of £26,923* per annum. You'll have access to private healthcare, a pension contribution scheme, and other benefits. Support Worker Shifts / Hours
The role of Support Worker is full-time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. Some sleep-ins are also required at a rate of £67.50 per night.
Early: 7:30 am to 3 pm
Late: 2:30 pm to 10 pm
