Design and facilitate engaging development interventions – from leadership skills to coaching and mentoring. Act as a trusted advisor, bringing fresh ideas and best practice in digital learning and development. Embed Diversity & Inclusion into everything we do, ensuring learning is accessible and impactful for all. Analyse data and measure success to continuously improve our learning experiences. Manage budgets and explore funding opportunities to maximise value. Who we're looking forExperience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design and digital learning tools.
