Our client, a high-growth Fintech organisation, is seeking an AI & Automation Analyst to reimagine and optimise sales processes across B2B and B2C channels. This role is ideal for someone who blends sales process expertise with a passion for AI and automation, and who can point to real-world examples of innovation and measurable results. The Role As AI & Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and deploying AI- and automation-led improvements across the sales lifecycle – from lead generation and qualification, to customer engagement, conversion, and aftercare. You’ll partner with commercial leaders to identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and evidence ROI. Key Responsibilities Map, analyse, and challenge current B2B and B2C sales processes to uncover areas for AI and automation. Design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Deploy workflow automation to remove friction and manual effort across sales operations. Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to drive adoption and embed new ways of working. Build business cases that demonstrate tangible benefits (conversion uplift, sales velocity, efficiency). Stay abreast of emerging AI and automation tools, identifying those most relevant to B2B and B2C sales environments. About You Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales operations or enablement, with demonstrable impact using AI and automation. Track record of identifying, designing, and delivering technology-led improvements to sales processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to link business challenges to technology solutions. Comfortable working with CRM and sales platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or equivalents), alongside AI and workflow automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Einstein, ChatGPT/LLMs). Commercially minded, able to evidence measurable impact on efficiency, conversion, or customer outcomes.
