Position OverviewProvide tax planning and compliance advice to our clients - employment tax matters/other corporate tax issuesAct as the point of contact to clients for tax-related queriesIdentify tax planning opportunities for clients and provide advice on tax implicationsReview and oversee the preparation of Corporate Tax Returns and computations - ensuring everything is accurate and compliant with legislationAssist with the tax audits and investigations, liaise with HMRC on behalf of clientsAssist with the training/development of junior staffKeep up to date with tax legislationParticipate in business development opportunities, pursuing opportunities to grow our client baseMy client is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors - who are currently a team of 50+ staff members, providing a full range of accounting, audit and tax services to an diverse client base dominated by owner managed and family businesses, predominantly across the Yorkshire region.Tax Manager
