Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join the team at Chessington World of Adventures, Chessington. This is a brand new, exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting into our Resort Director on site. As the Resort Kitchen Manager, you will assume full responsibility for all Kitchen operations throughout the theme Park and Hotel.

A day in the life of A Head Chef of Compliance and InnovationnTake ownership and accountability of operational food management, food safety and financial performance of the food operationnLead your team to success; This is a people rolenProvide sustained, innovative, and continuous support as we look to improve our menus across a diverse estate. Help the team create and write recipes that Surprise and delight our guestsnDevelop recipes and monitor stringent GP targetsnEnsure our team have the tools and working equipment to do their jobnProvide sustained, innovative, and continuous improvement to the profitability of our offersnCoach, Motivate and Inspire a large teamnTake the Lead on the training and development of our chefs and cooksnCarry out regular audits of all our food outlets and always strive to improve our standards of food safety and cleanlinessnEnsure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and at the right timenBe accountable for the delivery of strong food GP across the resort and continually striving to improve our profitabilitynEnsure a consistent high standard of hospitality for guests and our client alikenEnsure payroll is completed in a timely fashionnSupport the team with operational requirements if needed

You will be set up for success if you have:nExperience operating as a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager within a high volume and multi outlet / site operationnAbility to lead and manage a team and a passion for trainingnFlexible and punctual - weekend work will be involvednAble to communicate at all levels across different stakeholder groupsnIT literate and numeratenExacting standards of Food safety and cleanlinessnConducts weekly audits and ensures actions followed through to completionnMaintains accurate records of day-to-day operationsnEnsures compliance with all food safety, health & safety and COSHH regulations and company policies and proceduresnManaged Rotas and PayrollnA Passion to work in an exciting high pace environment
