We’re partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that is transforming how global businesses manage complex operations through its innovative technology platform. The company has raised over $20M in investment and is entering its next phase of international expansion, backed by leading investors and an experienced leadership team from top-tier SaaS scale-ups. A major focus for the business is embedding AI and automation into customer operations to create a next-generation Customer Success function that is scalable, data-driven, and proactive by design. The incoming VP will play a key role in designing and implementing intelligent systems and workflows that enhance efficiency, customer engagement, and overall impact. We are seeking a Vice President of Customer Success, a key executive responsible for defining, scaling, and optimising the customer journey globally. This is an opportunity to build a world-class Customer Success organisation from the ground up, owning retention, expansion, and value delivery across a diverse portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will bring the commercial mindset, leadership rigour, and operational clarity needed to align Customer Success around outcomes that drive growth. What you’ll be responsible for Defining and executing the global Customer Success strategy aligned with commercial and product goals Leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing CS organisation across multiple regions Driving the adoption of AI, automation, and data-led tooling to deliver proactive, intelligent customer engagement Designing and implementing operational frameworks that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, and Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience What we’re looking for A proven Customer Success leader who has helped scale a SaaS business from around £5M ARR through Series A–B and beyond Demonstrated experience implementing automation and AI within customer operations to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, retention, and customer experience Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of how Customer Success drives revenue impact A confident executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategic alignment A builder mindset that is hands-on, structured, and capable of introducing the rigour and consistency of a best-in-class CS function This is an opportunity to make a real mark at a high-growth SaaS company where Customer Success is seen as a true growth engine.
