Installation Service Manager
Home Based- travelling will be required on a regular basis to sites across England/Scotland
Saint-Gobain Off Site Solutions are looking for x2 Installation Service Managers to join the Scotframe brand. We are looking for one person to be based in England and the other in Scotland.
The overall purpose of the Installation Service Managers is to be the eyes and ears of the business on site, managing subcontractors that are installing our products. You'll work closely with the Installations Director providing in depth knowledge and experience within the construction field to ensure all customer targets are being met and requirements fulfilled, quality and service is to be kept to a high level whilst ensuring full visibility of the build programmes with progress reported daily.
What you will be doing:
Attend various sites to ensure all standard processes are being followed to the drawing pack and all tolerances are within the specified margin (when required)
Ensure that post installation checks are completed to comply with quality assurance procedures.
Ensure all I-House (Scotframe) employees and I-House (Scotframe) sub-contractors are always fully compliant with all EHS and client policies & procedures including all required PPE.
Liaise with clients and sub-contractors at prestart meetings to ensure the commercial and client's requirements are fulfilled including compliance with all EHS regulations
Ensure technical requirements are received and advice given to the site manager and crane supervisor before and during commencement of construction on site.
Maintain and ensure all operational and contractual related controlled documents are up to date and relevant to comply with current standards.What do you need to be considered:
Experience of working in a site management environment in the construction industry.
Understanding of MMC construction methods (Modern Methods of Construction)
Able to assess drawings and site build programmes.
Able to work on own initiative to tight deadlines ensuring that quality and compliance are maintained.
Able to communicate with clients/sub-contract contacts at all levels, attending production and commercial meetings as build progresses.
Hold a valid CSCS/CPCS card (training will be provided if required)
Must be flexible to travel with some overnight stays.About Us
