Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the sales team.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Establish sales targets and monitor performance against these objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic deals
  • Generate reports on sales metrics and forecast future sales
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

Profile

A successful Head of Sales should have:
