Position: Mobile Plant Fitter
Location: Kent and surrounding areas
Salary: £38,000 per annum plus overtime ote 45k
Hours: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on a variety of small plant equipment at customer sites. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, conducting repairs, and ensuring that equipment is operating efficiently. This is an immediate start position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on small plant equipment, including but not limited to, generators, compressors, and pumps
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Conduct routine servicing and inspections to ensure equipment compliance and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work undertaken and parts used
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
