Unlike other accountancy practices that have different departments for bookkeeping, accounts and tax, they have the same team looking after the customer s business from start to finish. Your pod also takes care of the owner s private tax affairs to make sure they have a joined-up approach. This is key to building solid personal relationships a cornerstone of our philosophy.
They are looking for someone to join their team as a Client Accounts and Tax Manager .
You will be a Qualified Accountant - AAT, ACA, ACCA or ATT - with solid experience working in an accounting practice, and a robust grasp of UK tax laws & accounting standards.
You will work with businesses of different sizes in a variety of industries as well as with private clients. Their pod structure means that there are plenty of opportunities for growth within their organisation.
You will be encouraged to share your ideas on how to help their customers and develop their business. Everyone has a laptop, double monitors and a phone. There will always be plenty of tea and biscuits, and birthday celebrations are a good excuse for more cake.
