A successful Assistant Headteacher at our SEN Specialist School should have:
A recognised teaching qualification.
Proven experience in SEN education and leadership.
A deep understanding of SEN policy and practice.
A commitment to inclusive education and pupil achievement.
A competitive salary of £44,323 to £54571 per annum, subject to experience.
A full-time, permanent contract with 38.Opportunities for continuous professional development.
