RESPONSIBILITIESnPromote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitorsnManage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families, including managing the customer database appropriately to support the commercial performance and conversion of enquiries for the homenDrive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home as part of a community engagement teamnSupport resident and family feedback with a focus on customer carenAssist with the recruitment of home staff, completing employment new starter checks and arranging inductionsnPayroll preparation for home based staffnProvide advice and guidance to employees on queries using the HR tools and resources availablenEnsure that all personal files are stored securelynAttend meetings and produce accurate notes and minutes where requirednEnsure all rotas are completenManage safe contents, petty cash, and resident fund accountsnUpdate ad-hoc training, supervisions, and appraisals on staff recordsnOffer guidance on staff development opportunities including signposting to Apprenticeships and qualifications
NEED TO HAVEnExperience in a customer facing rolenPrevious involvement in HR administration and recruitmentnHigh level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritisenProficient user of Microsoft- specifically Word, Excel and OutlooknCIPD qualification would be beneficial
