Senior HR Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Advise on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Policy Implementation: Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programmes and support career development.
Performance Management: Assist with appraisals, reviews, and action plans.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR systems, and produce reports.
Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation.
Health and Wellbeing: Promote initiatives for employee well-being.
HR Projects: Lead HR projects to support strategic goals.
About You:
CIPD qualification level 5 preferred or working towards.
Proven HR advisory experience in a busy HR function.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
