A dynamic and rapidly growing business partnership is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their expanding team and support managers and employees.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring HR policies foster a positive work environment and align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Advise on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programmes and support career development.
  • Performance Management: Assist with appraisals, reviews, and action plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR systems, and produce reports.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation.
  • Health and Wellbeing: Promote initiatives for employee well-being.
  • HR Projects: Lead HR projects to support strategic goals.

About You:

  • CIPD qualification level 5 preferred or working towards.
  • Proven HR advisory experience in a busy HR function.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
