A dynamic and rapidly growing business partnership is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their expanding team and support managers and employees.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for ensuring HR policies foster a positive work environment and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Advise on performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and communicate HR policies to ensure compliance.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programmes and support career development.
- Performance Management: Assist with appraisals, reviews, and action plans.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR systems, and produce reports.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation.
- Health and Wellbeing: Promote initiatives for employee well-being.
- HR Projects: Lead HR projects to support strategic goals.
About You:
- CIPD qualification level 5 preferred or working towards.
- Proven HR advisory experience in a busy HR function.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
