Position Overview

As a Private Talent Partner , you will act as a trusted advisor and the main point of contact for family businesses on all talent-related matters. You’ll develop lasting relationships and create bespoke talent strategies that balance business needs with family dynamics.

Working closely with TWYD & Co’s internal team and specialist advisors, you will deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term, impactful results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Originating and managing client relationships within a designated UK region
  • Lead networking, lead generation, and event participation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to family businesses and family offices on talent-related matters
  • Identify client needs and deliver customised solutions in collaboration with TWYD & Co


Who We Are Looking For

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Experience in executive search or recruitment is advantageous but not essential. This role is open to:


  • Full-time, part-time, or self-employed professionals
  • Recruitment or Executive Search Consultants
  • Independent consultants or advisors
  • Individuals with leadership experience in family businesses
  • Recently retired executives or business owners


Successful candidates will possess:

  • A deep passion for family business and private enterprise
  • Excellent networking and business development skills
  • The highest level of integrity, empathy, and discretion


Remuneration and Benefits

Remuneration will be commensurate with the role holder's skill, experience and work status. An individually crafted package will comprise of salary, performance related pay and benefits.
