  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality people programs, policies, and processes
  • Manage employee relations cases and provide training and development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate people data and documentation to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Partnering role within Financial Services
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
