Agile Delivery (Product Manager) – Financial Services - South East England / Hybrid – £70,000–£80,000 Are you an experienced Agile Delivery (Product Manager) with a passion for leading digital transformation? Do you thrive on turning product vision into reality and orchestrating high-performing teams? Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is looking for an Agile Delivery (Product Manager) to drive the delivery of their digital product roadmap. This is a pivotal role, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the product roadmap, utilising agile tools and techniques. Gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business vision. Act as the leader for agile product delivery, managing backlogs and sprint tasks. Communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders and ensure clarity of objectives. Work with Product Owners to monitor performance and refine features. Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-team improvement sessions. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external partners. Mentor and coach team members to drive best practices and continuous improvement. Bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products. About You: Demonstrable experience in Product Management/Delivery within a transformation and digital context. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product delivery processes. Proven track record in delivering complex change. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Experience managing direct reports and matrix teams, including offshore resources. Insurance background is essential, ideally with exposure to PMI/IPMI. Location & Working Pattern: Based in the South East of England, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum, plus benefits.
