A large residential developer who specialise in high specification residential developments have a brand new site selling new build properties in Hemel Hempstead
Mainstream Property or New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:
Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
Ensuring that customers are eligible to use the Shared Ownership Scheme
Chasing sales leads
