About the role
• Working as a Regional Nurse Manager in the Complex Care team, you will apply for and maintain a CQC location registration, assuming the role and responsibilities of the Registered Manager.
• You will be responsible for the line management of the Essex working closely with the Head of Complex Care and the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
About you
• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN number.
• Leadership and Managerial experience or working towards a qualification.
• Experience of assessing and coaching others.
• Community experience.
• Experience of looking after clients who require ventilation as well as other complex health needs such as PEG/PEJ feeding, Tracheostomy, Ventilation, PICC lines and catheterisation.
• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.

• 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, however flexibility is required.
