Our sweat equity model - equity in exchange for time &nexpertise - allows us to join e-commerce founders in their journey towards their business exit. OurnPortfolio Managers insert themselves into our partners business, providing full management ofnday-to-day operational growth strategies on Amazon Internationally, as well as structural guidance onntheir roadmap to an exit with support across finance, tax, regulation and logistics.

The RolenWe are seeking a Portfolio Manager to manage their own partnerships, inserting themselves into thenheart of not only the brands in our portfolio, but the companies behind them. You will have autonomynto grow multiple businesses simultaneously, with the role requiring a perfect harmony betweennMarketing Expertise & Strategic Business Thinking.
Responsibilitiesn● Strategic Business Managementn● Full financial understanding of each of the partners’ businesses: P/L’s (Product by product,nmarket by market), Company P/L’s, Cash Flow Forecasting, financing options & ensuringnsustainable financial growth within the context of global inventory flowsn● Structural understanding of the partners tax set up, regulatory framework and supply chain.n● Understanding the optimal position, strategy and roadmap to exit and reverse engineeringngrowth to achieve the perfect compositionn● Strategic leadership and decision making of portfolio businesses growth plans with ultimatenautonomy on the brands under your stewardshipn● Regular liaison with Acquisitions & Execution channels to understand brand valuation andnmarket demands, to then translate into business planningn● Daily liaison & stakeholder management with our Portfolio firms Founders, understandingntheir objectives and incorporating into workflows and strategies accordinglyn● Growth Strategies: Develop and build pricing and review strategies, as well as recommendingnstrategies for new market and product launchesn● International Expansion: Understanding & managing international launches, from local tax,nregulation, logistics, duties, translations and launch costsn● Marketing: Using our internal software, manage and optimise portfolio advertising campaigns, utilising the full spectrum available
Requirementsn● Financial analysis, cash flow and business modelling skillsn● Demonstrable Strategic visionn● Advanced Excel skills including financial modelling & advanced formulas.n● Proactive problem solver with initiative and the ability to form portfolio specific strategies innconjunction with a strong work ethicn● Ability to assimilate information and view a company holistically, understanding each constituent moving part within the business modeln● Advanced experience with Amazon FBA
