Our client is eager to expand by launching a new nursing division, and they are seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to pioneer this exciting development. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to shape and lead this new division.

Key Responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the new nursing division.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.

Supervise, manage, and mentor nursing staff.

Ensure that patient care meets the highest standards.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a registered nurse.
