Overview
Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Deputy Home Manager position in Canterbury, Kent. Our client is looking for a new Clinical Deputy Manager to support the existing Home Manager in one of their very well performing homes. The Home has a good CQC history and will give you a great platform to develop your managerial skills.
Are you an ambitious Senior Nurse or Unit manager looking for the next step up in your career? Or perhaps you’re an experienced Deputy Home Manager/Clinical lead looking for a new challenge. My client has an opportunity for the successful candidate to join the service and be part of great senior management team within the home. The service is well run, with good occupancy and staffing levels including a full clinical staff team.
Key details
* *Must be RGN/RMN/RNLD*
* Must have worked within elderly nursing services previously.
* Open to senior nurses / unit managers stepping up into the role.
Salary: £45-50k (DOE)
The service: Medium sized elderly nursing home with dementia and residential care.
