Operations Controller

The successful candidate will be provided with extensive opportunities, functional training programs and a great environment to support their professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Control, plan and monitor the export load
* Deliver quality service to the customer and cost-effective utilisation of the approved depot port and terminal vendors through effective communication, co-ordination and management.
* Provide weekly overdue list of asset type status reports to functionally accountable department for their action and follow up of any inventory integrity issues.
* To be effective in the follow up of any root cause creating service issues with customer or queries within terminal control.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Work as part of a close team and independently as required
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure when required
* Excel skills
* Good communication skills
