About the Company - Our global HQ in Malta is looking for a Global Office & Facility Manager who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a cohesive and inspiring workplace experience across our Betsson offices worldwide Betsson Group is a global leader in gaming & sports betting with over 2,300 employees representing 70+ nationalities across 17 locations. As the Global Office & Facility Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and aligning our office and facility operations worldwide to ensure consistent, high-quality support that reflects our brand and operational excellence. Reporting to the CHRO, you will develop and implement global standards, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure that every Betsson workspace supports our people’s productivity and well-being.

    Oversee global office and facility operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic alignment with Betsson’s br
  • andDevelop and maintain facility management protocols to uphold consistent ESG standards across all locati
  • onsCollaborate with local HR and office teams to address needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards are
  • metManage vendor relationships globally, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective soluti
  • onsSupport space planning and expansion efforts, coordinating office adjustments to align with our gro
  • wthImplement health, safety, and compliance protocols across all offi
  • cesMonitor and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, optimizing for cost-efficiency without compromising on qual



ity
Qualifica tions - 3+ years of experience in facility management, office operations, or a similar role within a global organization. Proven expertise in managing multi-site office operations, budget oversight, and vendor relationships. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations & a solid technical facility management expertise. Excellent project management and communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse global teams. The successful candidate will be based ideally on-site 5 days a week (Monday-Fri



day).
Required Skills - This is not an Office Manager role. Strong technical facility & project management skills and international experience is re



quired.
