Job Description
ResponsibilitynRepresent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitnessnDemonstrate our elevated ways of working alwaysnLead national focuses & incentives like #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & in-gym challenges / eventsnAdvocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE. Leading by example in this area and supporting, and training the wider team to improve confidence and deliverynRecruit, train & develop Fitness Coaches & Personal TrainersnOwnership of group training timetables, monitoring performance, and optimising to grow engagement while delivering within budget and delivery of your own on shift classesnBig focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movementnSupporting the wider team by driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitabilitynLead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member facing role designed to enhance every visitnWilling and able to deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basisnSupport the General Manager and wider team with any operational tasks necessary to ensure the business operates correctly, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment, and various others like seal checker, kronos and branch scheduler etc.nBe resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutionsnDeliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whenever in the gymnOverall accountability for equipment care, basic maintenance & logging issues through ARMs swiftly & to a high standardnActively engaging with our Fitness Development Managers & the wider fitness manager network
Qualifications
Need to havenPassion for health, fitness and wellnessnLevel 3 fitness qualification or CIMSPA ‘Practioner’ level equivalentnStrong leadership qualitiesnExperienced delivery of a variety of group training modalitiesnKnowledge of rising fitness trends within the industrynAdaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the teamnA positive, solutions driven mindset in the face of adversitynA member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skillsnDriven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviours and competencies specific to the rolenFlexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business including weekends and Bank Holidays when required
