Overview:nCompass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a leading national provider of Employee Assistance Programmes with a large client base across multiple sectors in mental healthcare and more. The organisation offer a comprehensive set of services designed to help employers provide a balanced and healthy working environment.

As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of their counselling and specialist services to customer organisations and clients. Reporting to the Operations Director, you are a key member of the service’s Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with the Operations Director and wider team to deliver clinically appropriate services, and developing and enhancing the services they offer to those they support.

Location:nThe Head office is located in Gloucestershire and there is an expectation to be in the office and present for 4 Days a week. The role is commutable from Cardiff, Bristol, Swindon, Oxford, Cheltenham, Worcester, parts of Birmingham, Newport, South Wales, Western-super-mare & the South East corner of England.

Criteria:nQualified and accredited CBT Therapist or Registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.nPost Graduate CBT training with BABCP accreditation or a Doctorate in Psychology with HCPC registration.nDesirable: Supervisor qualification, experience in complaint handling, leadership and people management skills, workplace counselling, and managing a counselling team.nPreferably experienced in employee assistance, occupational health, or human resources environments.nProven clinical expertise in providing specialist advice, guidance, and consultation to clinical staff, and in ensuring colleagues can effectively implement evidence-based psychological interventions.

Interview Process:nThis will be a two-stage process, with an initial Teams with the Hiring Manager progressing to a more formalised interview preferably in person with a panel.

Salary and Benefits:nThis Head of Therapy position pays £58,000 and includes a full benefits package.
