They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience within RC frame.nThis position is Full time, with car allowance, Bonus’ and a clear progression path to Senior Quantity Surveyor. Please note there is no Hybrid work with this role.

MAIN DUTIESnReporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and surveying responsibilities on site.nMaintain all cost control procedures, including managing and controlling the budget and valuations by always updating the estimated final costs, and having the ability to show absolute cost and value reconciliation.nContribute to the conceptual designs/options to ensure the design is kept within the budgeted values.nPrepare and evaluate tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.nAnalyse and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholdersnCollaborate with project managers, engineers and other professionals to ensure project objectives are achieved within budgetary constraints.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTESnA degree in Quantity Surveying.nExperience of building construction in a quantity surveying or project managing role.nGood negotiating skills with excellent time management skills.nComputer literate.nAbility to work to tight deadlines.
