We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.

We are seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join our fast paced marketing team within a leading Environmental company. The Data Analyst will be surrounded by like-minded people trying to achieve similar goals. As a marketing function, we are making increasingly data-based decisions based on the success of campaigns, and you will spearhead the data drive that underpins the marketing team's activities.

What we can offer you;

  • 25 days of annual leave.
  • Access to our company pension scheme.
  • Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers.
  • Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to.
  • 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household.
  • One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential.

What will you be doing?

Do you like solving complex problems? Are you a logical thinker? Do you want to be part of an innovative team trying to leverage data's power to rapidly improve the marketing function?

  • The Marketing Data Analyst will understand the importance of modelling standards and how this impacts report development as well as performance for our end users
  • An understanding on how to analyse metrics such as cost of acquisition, customer intent, conversion rates, engagement rates, and more.
  • Utilising insights to help the marketing department optimise campaigns and increase revenue.
  • Monitoring, reporting, and providing feedback to the department to aid continuous improvement plans.
  • Use advanced analytics practices to delve deeper into trends and patterns in the data and proactively find insights to present back to our stakeholders
  • Acting as the gatekeeper of campaign-focused data, ensuring a clean database and quality reporting.
  • Reporting to the marketing manager and facilitating wider distribution of data insights to the business.
  • Identifying data gaps that require business support.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, particularly in digital marketing and future markets.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree or equivalent in Data Analytics or a related subject.
  • Experience using Power BI and/or Salesforce.
  • Expertise in analysing and reporting marketing data against KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Proven experience in a similar data-led role focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong business acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced skills in effective communication, time management, informed decision-making, and project management.
  • High proficiency in IT, data analytics, and advanced mathematics.
  • Expert in upskilling and staying on top of marketing trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful marketing decisions and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.
