Job Title: Mid-level Data Analyst

Location: Stafford, VA

Job Summary:

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a highly skilled Mid-level Data Analyst to support data analytics needs across a Program and Acquisition team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in relational databases, and experience with Microsoft Power Platform apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data analytics needs across a Program and Acquisition team, including running data queries, cleansing and validating data, and coordinating data error corrections with data owners.
  • Develop and enhance databases, queries, workflows, dashboards, and reports to inform decision makers more effectively.
  • Support the Task Lead in carrying out the vision, strategy, direction, and quality control of task-level performance.
  • Support the synchronization of contractor personnel at different levels of the organization.
  • Support standards of professional excellence for our team, including our subcontractor partners, and for our competitors.

Requirements:

  • At least four years of data analysis experience, preferably in a DoD program office, including experience supporting a dashboard of financial, contractual, or project management data types and metrics.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Platform apps including at least Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and interest in optimizing SharePoint for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
