The 86 Group are working with a brilliant award winning performance marketing agency, specialising in SEO and Paid Advertising. Due to continued growth year on year, they are adding to their team with multiple SEO experts. This really is an exciting time for the business as they expand into their new location in Manchester.
* Salary: Flexible DOE, please get in touch for more details.
* Location: Manchester city centre
* Work Setup: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home.

Overview of the role:
* As an SEO Account Director, you will be an ambitious leader who will drive the strategic vision throughout your team of Account Managers, and Strategists.
* Being responsible for key accounts, understanding each individual client's business objectives, and you will enjoy maintaining and developing these relationships.
* Leading on the creation and execution of strategic campaigns, working with the team ensuring seamless implementation, and ensuring that work is delivered to the highest standard, and on time and in budget, always having client objectives in mind when aligning workload / activity.
* Measure and deliver on ROI to both the your team, the senior leadership team, and clients.
* Analysing opportunities for cross-selling services and / or opportunities for new business.
* Ensuring client satisfaction is a top priority for everyone
Required skills and experience:
* Hands-on experience in a marketing agency environment, with a specific focus on SEO – this is essential.
* Demonstrated experience of client services and able to talk through examples of successful partnerships / campaigns.
* Experience of managing and positively leading a team of people.
* Can demonstrate commercial awareness as well as creativity.
* A real team player who enjoys working with a wide range of people, and clients.
