SEO Account Director

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid

£50- £55k

Forward Role is partnering with a multi-award-winning digital agency to hire an SEO Account Director due to an exciting period of growth. The agency has a well-established base in the North West and is looking to expand with a new office in Manchester City Centre.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing client SEO delivery, team development, and strategic thinking. They will lead on the delivery of search campaigns for a prestigious client list predominantly in the ecommerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of large client accounts with average budgets of £100k+
  • Lead a team of Senior Managers, Managers, and Executives, providing guidance and support for their growth and development
  • Nurture senior-level client relationships to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Develop and deliver full-service SEO campaigns, working closely with SEO Strategists to develop innovative strategies
  • Report to the Leadership team, identifying potential challenges and driving success in client accounts
  • Accountable for the agency's commercial success, ensuring Tier 1 clients are managed to the highest quality
  • Contribute to hitting and surpassing financial turnover and revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, communicating effectively and providing exceptional service
