Head of Architecture and Design - Governmental Financial Services

Join a dynamic team within the Digital, Data, and Technology function of a governmental financial services organisation. Lead the transformation towards a modern, efficient, and customer-centric digital landscape. Benefit from recent migration to Microsoft Azure and the development of an enterprise-scale data platform.

Responsibilities:

Define and manage enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps.nLead and develop solution and technical architects, fostering innovation and cross-functional capabilities.nChampion architectural practices, build stakeholder relationships, and align decisions with enterprise architecture.nAdvise on business, technology, and data decisions for sustainability and scalability.nEnsure adherence to architectural principles, policies, and standards, and oversee technology portfolio planning.

Requirements:nDemonstrated expertise in leading Solutions and Technology Architecture.nExperience in guiding complex technology design and delivery.nKnowledge of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ITIL), Web, Cloud, API, and Database architecture principles.nAbility to operate across tactical and strategic levels, translating vision into tangible results.nIndustry accreditations such as TOGAF, BCS Certificate in Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, MSP, PRINCE 2, SAFe are desirable.
