What you’ll do As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the entire kitchen department. You’ll: Inspire, teach, and develop your team, ensuring every chef knows their role and has the support they need to grow. Deliver the outstanding food Hawksmoor is known for, maintaining consistency and quality at scale. Manage daily kitchen operations, stock, and labour costs, always with an eye on efficiency and excellence. Drive standards in food safety, health & safety, and sustainability – we expect 5* ratings across the board. Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and profitably. What we’re looking for Proven experience  as a Head Chef in a high-quality, high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership skills – you’re a role model, teacher, and motivator. A passion for great food and sourcing – you care about ingredients, provenance, and sustainability. Commercial awareness – comfortable managing GP, labour, stock, and rota planning.
