This role is suited to a Chef with a conscientious and innovative approach who will develop and has the commitment to deliver exceptional service in line with our customers and client demands.

What you'll be doing

• Work with a team of chefs to deliver meals, 3 times a day

Supervising and assisting your team in the kitchen
Following all aramark specifications for the menu
All health and safety paperwork to be checked daily
Ordering and menu building
Working with the head chef to maintain continuity in the kitchen.
Effective and efficient food production in line with recipe sheets
Full knowledge of all menu items served
Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy
Fill in all relevant paperwork and due diligence forms
Be an excellent team player and be able to deal with conflict if it arises
Undertake relevant training as required

Experience

Relevant culinary qualification required (706/2 or NVQ 2 or above
Must be able to pass DBS checks
Previous supervisory skills (2 years minimum)
Experience working in a large scale kitchen
