Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions in first aid, mental health first aid, and other related areas to a diverse range of clients across the UK.
* Adapt training delivery to meet the specific needs of different client groups, ensuring that all participants achieve the desired competencies.
* Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current best practices and legal requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored training solutions.
* Provide post-training support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals for prospective clients.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the client training programs.
* Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training development team.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in first aid, mental health first aid, and training methodologies.
* Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
* Provide regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
* Work closely with other trainers and staff members to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the training department
