Job Title: Trainer and Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Educator to join our team at LFUK Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in first aid, mental health first aid, and other related areas to a diverse range of clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to a diverse range of clients.
• Adapt training delivery to meet the specific needs of different client groups.
• Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current best practices and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of client training programs.
• Develop new training materials in collaboration with the training development team.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in first aid, mental health first aid, and training methodologies.
• Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
• Provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Qualified to deliver First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.
• Desirable: Creation of online content and online training delivery.
