Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include:
Producing drawings to meet company standards.
Revising drawings as needed to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Distributing drawings to relevant personnel and sites as required.
Maintaining ongoing communication with Design Engineers regarding project progress.
Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to meet project needs.
Creating, modifying, and managing MEP Revit Models.
Collaborating with architects and engineers on projects using a Common Data Environment (CDE).Requirements: The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience as a CAD Technician, preferably in the building services or construction industry.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing and revising technical drawings.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of MEP systems and Revit Models is highly desirable.
Familiarity with working in a Common Data Environment (CDE) is a plus.For more information, email (url removed)
