MONDAY TO THURSDAY
HOURS: 16.30 PM - 3.00 AM MON TO THURS 2.00 AM FINISH ON FRIDAY
Evolve Personnel are currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for our manufacturing client in the Telford area.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes and supervise the team to meet quality and safety standards.
Duties of the Production Supervisor:
* Manage and coordinate production activities, ensuring products are manufactured in a timely manner
* Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
* Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards
* Maintain production schedules to optimise workflow
* Collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and resolve issues
Experience:
* Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment
* Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements:
* Experience in sheet metal fabrication
* Supervisor experience managing a team of 15-20 employees
* Good communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Basic computer skills (emails, spreadsheets, word etc)
* Use measuring equipment
* Reading and understanding technical drawings
Hours - NIGHT SHIFT
Monday - Wednesday: 4:30pm - 3:00am
Thursday: 4:30pm - 2:00am
