Position Overview:nWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a fantastic team based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales at enterprise level, with a background in selling software or digital-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:nThis role is heavily focused on building new business (B2B) and ensuring all leads are followed up on and then brought through to closing.nIdentify upselling opportunities within current client accounts and strategise ways to promote and sell new e-learning packages.nManage a portfolio of 4-5 existing clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives.nActively prospect and engage with potential clients to expand the company's client base and drive revenue growth.nCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and optimise solution offerings.nStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:nMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales (tech).nEvidenced account management and upselling into existing accounts.nProven track record of success in selling software or digital-based solutions.nStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.nSelf-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
